Meet Chan: Your Guide to Transcendental Yoga and Healing

Chan is not your ordinary yoga instructor; she's a dedicated RYT 200 who discovered the transformative power of yoga while searching for a better work-life balance. What began as a personal quest for self-improvement has evolved into a profound journey of self-discovery and a burning desire to share the profound benefits of yoga with others.

Originally drawn to yoga as a means of self-care and inner exploration, Chan soon realized that her path in life was leading her to a higher purpose. Her yoga practice transcended her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, filling her with a profound sense of vitality, balance, and inner peace.

In 2023, Chan expanded her repertoire by gaining certifications in Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki I and II. With these newfound skills, she is excited to incorporate healing modalities into her yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. This unique combination of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki offers a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery.

Chan's approach to yoga is all-encompassing and inclusive. She firmly believes that yoga is accessible to all, and her classes are judgment-free zones where individuals are encouraged to come to their mats with an open heart and mind. Chan invites her students to embark on a beautiful journey of self-discovery, where the body, heart, and soul unite in harmony, and personal transformation becomes a reality.
