Meet Chan: Your Guide to Transcendental Yoga and Healing

Chan isn’t your typical yoga instructor. As a RYT 200, her journey with yoga began as a search for better work-life balance and a way to care for herself. What started as a personal practice soon became a path of deep self-discovery, healing, and a heartfelt calling to share the gifts of yoga with others.

Her connection to yoga took on even greater meaning after losing her brother in 2011. In the midst of grief, yoga became her sanctuary—a place where she found strength, solace, and a way forward. That experience shaped her belief that yoga has the power to heal not just the body, but the heart and soul.

Guided by the philosophy Rooted in Yoga. Expansion in Healing., Chan has expanded her training to include Breathwork, Sound Healing, Women’s Circle Facilitation, and Reiki I and II. She now weaves these modalities into her classes, workshops, and retreats, creating a holistic space for wellness, self-discovery, and emotional restoration.

Her approach is grounded, inclusive, and compassionate. Chan believes yoga is for every body, and her classes offer a welcoming, judgment-free space where students can show up exactly as they are. She guides with an open heart, inviting each person to explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and to experience the transformative shifts that yoga and mindful healing can bring.

For Chan, yoga is more than a practice—it’s a journey of coming home to yourself. She welcomes you to join her and discover the balance, harmony, and inner peace that await on the mat.

My Mission: My mission is to empower individuals of all backgrounds to experience the transformative power of yoga and complementary healing practices. Through movement, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, and sacred circles, I create a nurturing space for self-love, personal growth, and emotional restoration. I guide each person toward inner peace, love, and comfort—on and off the mat—so they can reconnect with their true self and expand into their fullest potential.
