This All levels vinyasa flow is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible and balanced, while practicing being present in the moment. Postures sequenced in an intuitive manner with attention to alignment details, healthy transitions between postures, and the integration of breath and attention. Erstwhile Womens' Retreat

I am happy to be joining the team of facilitators for this event!

Self-Care, we hear that word a lot. But we don't always know what that means. For me, it means carving out the time to put myself first. To find peace and clarity in a world so full of chaos. That's why I started doing women's retreats. I wanted to provide a space for women to come together and exist in an environment where they could be unapologetically themselves. I wanted to create a container for all of the heavy emotions we carry with us in our day to day lives and teach women how to work through those emotions and then release them once they no longer serve us. And I did. I created a beautiful community of women, who love and support one another. We come together and celebrate each other without jealousy, insecurity, or fear. What's more beautiful than that?
