Paws & Unwind is just what you need to relax, join us and submerge yourself in the soothing sounds and peaceful ambience of a sound bath.
You will find mindfulness surrounded by some of Noah's Hope Animal Rescue four legged alumni.
The event is located at The Yoga College at 505 5th St. Sioux City, Ia. February 18th at 1:30pm.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow.
